Transnational Living Lab (TLL) on Co-Creating the Energy Transition & Climate Actions

The Transnational Living Lab (TLL) on local Energy Transition is an initiative designed, developed, and operated by the 21SECAP project. The objective of this initiative is to act as a supportive platform to all levels of government, together with organisations and networks of cities and communities of all sizes, enterprises and individuals working together to achieve the energy transition in a cost-effective and meaningful way for all stakeholder groups.

Currently the TLL operates as an experimental arena for getting local energy transition off the ground by exchanging experience, transfer of knowledge and commonly identified solutions on the complex issue of energy transition.

The intention is the TLL to remain active as a sustainable network beyond the 21SECAP project duration in order to provide support to local governments, local and regional actors on issues related to institutional capacity on implementing climate neutrality and sustainable energy transition.
